FAQs+TIPS

Below are a few questions that you might have before or after booking your photographer, my answers to them, and a few tips along the way to help us make your photography experience the best ever!

What is an engagement/pre wedding shoot and why is it included in all the packages?

A pre wedding shoot gives you a chance to experience how I work before your wedding day, and also get used to being in front of the camera. It’s also great to get some casual photos of the two of you, other than wedding ones. Parents love these images. You can use your pre wedding photos for your wedding reception in the form of signing mount or a guest book. The shoot itself is very casual and relaxed; we can go to your favourite place, or you can do something you enjoy doing together (let’s say going to the beach).

How many photos are we getting on the disk after our wedding?

I don’t have a set amount of images I give to my couples. I give you all the good ones. On average expect anything from 200 to 500 photos from your wedding day, and around 30 to 70 from pre wedding photoshoot.

When do we get to see the images after our wedding?

Your photographs will be ready in 3 weeks after your wedding day. I will then post you the disk and set up an online gallery so you can share the images with your friends and family. Your album will be designed within 4 weeks from the wedding day.

 Are you insured?

Yes, I am a full time professional photographer and have insurance for all my gear, as well as public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

What areas do you cover? Do you travel?

I’m based in South-East UK, but travel all over UK to photograph weddings, as well as abroad. Destination weddings’ fee consists of the price of a chosen collection plus travel expenses (flights and accommodation).

We don’t really like being in front of the camera, but want you to document our wedding day

That's totally normal! No to posed fake expressions! So, how does it work then? Sometimes you won't even know I'm taking photos of you. Sometimes I do a little bit of directing. I do that to help you feel more comfortable. And it goes approximately like this: "Guys, please stand here and just forget about everyone else and tell each other how much you are in love, today is one of your happiest days!"
