PRE-WEDDING PHOTOSHOOT - ANNA&PAV

I knew I was going to like these guys before I even met them. They came over all the way from Dubai to plan their September wedding here in UK. Perfect opportunity for an engagement photoshoot! They met in London, so we walked around trying to incorporate some landmarks into their photographs. Anna and Pav are perfect for each other and so much fun! I think I laughed till my cheeks hurt)) They are having First Look before the ceremony on their wedding day, and I'm quite excited about it! In fact, I can't wait!

London is beautiful in spring. We got some pretty blossom:

Then we headed to some familiar places not far from where she met him ;-)

Playing silly, just the way I like it

As I said - perfect for each other

Here is the e-mail I received from Anna and Pav after they'd seen their engagement photos:

"We have looked at the pictures and we love them! It was so amazing to see ourselves in such stunning pictures, we were really impressed. We viewed them with Pav's parents and they also really liked them and instantly asked for some to be framed :)
We also had a really good time with you on the day and we are looking forward to seeing you again in September.
Thanks so much again and speak to you soon. We are just so pleased to have you as our photographer :)

Anna and Pav"
Receiving letters like this one is THE best part of being a photographer for me! Knowing that I make someone even just a little bit happier with my work is one of the best feelings EVER!

Guys, if you are reading this - I really enjoyed getting to know you, and I've had so much fun! Really looking forward to seeing you again in September and photographing your beautiful day!

CONTEMPORARY BRIDAL PHOTOSHOOT IN KENT

I've been dying to share this bridal inspiration photoshoot with you for a while! The idea of the shoot came about after I met Louise from Bow Occasions Weddings and Events last year. We started chatting about all things weddings and decided to work on a project together. We wanted to do something contemporary and fresh, so came up with an idea of Eclectic Chic inspiration shoot the styling of which would involve bright colours, stylish wedding dresses, beautiful wedding venue, gorgeous hair and make-up, and the most delicious looking dessert table.
Depending on the styling of your wedding day, sometimes it does payoff to be bold and brave with colour, be it flowers, accessories or other little touches.
Ethel and Will are a real couple, and it's been so great to capture that special connection and bond they have. Something I always aim to do on all my pre-wedding shoots and for all my lovely couples.

Ethel was wearing an amazing dress by Cymbeline, provided by Adamo Bridal boutique:

Beautiful bridal bouquet and table centerpiece designed and arranged by Kerris from Blue Dove Weddings:

Dessert table and main wedding table designed and arranged by Louise from Bow Occasions:

LONDON PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHER - BUSINESS PORTRAITS FOR A WEDDING FLORIST

Kerris is an amazing florist and she designed some flower arrangements for my previous bridal shoot (which I will share with you in the nearest future). She got the brief spot on and I can't wait for you to see her creations! I adore flowers, so when Kerris asked me if I could take some 'behind the scenes' photographs of her at work for her new website, I was thrilled. It also meant that I got a chance to see some of the flowers before the shoot, so I knew in advance it was going to be beautiful! I enjoyed watching Kerris at work - calm, collected, concentrated (apart from times when Angel, her cat, was trying to steal our flowers) and with meticulous attention to details. It was great to see how the whole piece comes together starting with just one flower.

Angel is such a crazy, but adorable cat! He was a great help, I mean distraction... errrm, I mean help!

He was overlooking the process to make sure we were doing the right thing and giving him flowers to play with

I strongly believe that portraits and behind the scenes photographs are very important to a small business owner. If you have them on your website/blog, potential clients can see the Person behind the business, they sort of get to know you and get the feel of what you do and therefore there is more chance they get in touch.

If you need to update 'About' page of your website or get portraits for your business - get in touch using the form at the top of the page. I would be happy to discuss what is it that you are looking for!
